Northwestern Technical College Basic Law Enforcement Class Coordinator
Georgia Northwestern Technical College is seeking a qualified candidate for the full time (12-month) position of Basic Law Enforcement Academy Class Coordinator for the Gordon County campus.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor\'s degree in Criminal Justice or related field. Possess POST Law Enforcement certification and POST
Instructor certification. Ten years of civilian law enforcement experience. Five years of superviory and/or management experience.
Preferred: Master\'s degree in Criminal Justice or related field. Possess POST certifications in Defensive Tactics, Firearms, Emergency Vehicle Operations.
Starting Date: Negotiable but prefer no later than April 1, 2010.

Application process will include complete drug screening performed by a designated medical facility and a complete background check.
