Pigeon Mountain Industries is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative and a Production Planner to help them bring high quality safety rope and equipment to firefighters, first responders, rescue teams, rope technicians, cavers, and climbers worldwide.
Customer Service Representative
An ambitious, energetic Customer Service Representative is needed to provide superior customer service through listening to customers and anticipating their needs. The job consists of processing orders, issuing RA's, and handling complaints. Microsoft (Outlook, Word, and Excel) skills are required and experience with an ERP package is preferred. Candidates must have a high school diploma with at least 6 months related experience, and college degree is preferred. Caving or climbing experience is a plus.
PMI is seeking a detail oriented invdividual to fill the role of Production Planner. Experience with an ERP package with BOM’s and routings would be beneficial. Candidates must have a high school diploma, and college degree is preferred. Microsoft (Outlook, Word, and Excel) skills are required.
