Small Business Award, Member of the Year and Ambassador of the Year Awards presented at Annual Dinner
The Annual Dinner, sponsored by The Bank of LaFayette, was held on Jan. 28, where the Chamber presented its top honors for 2015.
The Family Crisis Center of Dade, Walker, Catoosa and Chattooga Counties received the Small Business of the Year Award.
Shop-Rite and Teems & Teems Insurance and Realty rounded out the top three small businesses for the year.
Vickie Hodge with the Jimmy Simpson Foundation was presented with the 2015 Chamber Member of the Year award for her service on multiple committees and task forces to further enhance the mission of the Chamber.
The 2015 Ambassador of the Year award was presented to Shanda Reese Morton of Reese Enterprises. Morton is a consistent representative of the Chamber in the business community, assisting with member recruitment, ribbon-cuttings and events.
