2011 Small Business of the Year
The Walker County Chamber of Commerce is currently seeking nominations for the "2011 Small Business of the Year." The winner of this award will be recognized at the Chamber's Annual Dinner on Thursday, January 26, 2012.
The honor is given to a company that demonstrates best practices in business sustainability and growth, commitment to employees and a track record of community involvement.
To be eligible for consideration, nominees must be small business (less than 200 employees) and members of the Walker County Chamber of Commerce in good standing as of November 29, 2011 with a minimum of one complete full year in business. Chamber members may nominate a business, including their own, for consideration.
Judging for the Small Business of the Year Award will be conducted by the Chamber's Board of Directors.
The deadline for submitting your nomination is October 25, 2011 at 4 p.m.
